MONDAY MORNING…

* TIMING…RAIN WILL SPREAD INTO THE AREA SATURDAY EVENING. THE
RAIN WILL GRADUALLY BECOME MIXED WITH SLEET AND SNOW…AND
CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON. WHILE THE SNOW
SHOULD DECREASE BY MONDAY MORNING…STRONG WINDS DEVELOPING
SUNDAY AFTERNOON SHOULD CONTINUE INTO MONDAY…AND MAY PRODUCE
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW AMOUNTS FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY…EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH EARLY SUNDAY WILL
BECOME NORTH TO NORTHWEST DURING SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND INCREASE
TO 25 TO 45 MPH BY EVENING. THESE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE INTO MONDAY MORNING AND MAY CREATE WIDESPREAD BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS.

A BLIZZARD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FALLING AND/OR
BLOWING SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS AND EXTREMELY POOR VISIBILITIES.
THIS CAN LEAD TO WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AND MAKE TRAVEL VERY
DANGEROUS.
