Weather System 03/03/13-03/04/13

We are currently watching a system that will be moving into the area Sunday night and Monday. This system will bring both rain and snow into the area, so road conditions can get very dangerous. Snow amounts are between the 3 – 6 inch, however models are showing between 2-4 inches of snow. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy today with warmer temperatures as winds become southerly behind exiting high pressure to the east. Highs will be in the upper 20′s to lower 40s. Mostly cloudy tonight with lows in the teens and 20′s. There is the potential for accumulating snow across the area on Sunday night into Monday night.
